Search across conversations, contacts, and OXVO Sessions in one place, now with event-level matching for faster root-cause discovery.

What's new

• Session event results alongside conversation and contact results.

• Filters for time range, environment (production or staging), and device metadata when available.

• Replay results open at the best matching timestamp so you land on the moment that matters.

How it works

• Sessions and events are indexed in a permission-aware way. Users only see what their role can access.

• Masked fields remain masked in search previews to keep privacy consistent.

• When a session is linked to a conversation, search results also surface that relationship.

How to use

1. Use the global search in the app header.

2. Search by URL path, event name, error text, contact email, or conversation ID.

3. Open a result and jump directly into the replay moment or thread.

Availability

Requires OXVO Sessions enabled and the appropriate permissions for replay access.
