How it works

  • OXVO uses WooCommerce REST API credentials to fetch customer and order details.

  • Customer matching typically uses email address or phone number.

  • Order summaries are displayed in the conversation sidebar for fast triage.

Configure - implementation details

Configure WooCommerce

If the app is currently Disabled, click Connect first, then continue with the configuration steps.

  1. Generate WooCommerce REST API credentials in WordPress Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.

  2. In OXVO, click Configure on WooCommerce and enter your store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret.

  3. Select the permission scope (read-only recommended) and save.

  4. Test by opening a conversation for a known customer email and confirm order data is visible.
