How it works
OXVO uses WooCommerce REST API credentials to fetch customer and order details.
Customer matching typically uses email address or phone number.
Order summaries are displayed in the conversation sidebar for fast triage.
Configure - implementation details
Configure WooCommerce
If the app is currently Disabled, click Connect first, then continue with the configuration steps.
Generate WooCommerce REST API credentials in WordPress Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
In OXVO, click Configure on WooCommerce and enter your store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret.
Select the permission scope (read-only recommended) and save.
Test by opening a conversation for a known customer email and confirm order data is visible.
