Connect WhatsApp Business to support customers in OXVO.

Overview

Overview: Connect WhatsApp Business so OXVO can receive and send messages from a verified phone number in your Meta Business Account.

Where to set it up: Dashboard → ConnectionsChannels → select the channel → Connect.

How it works

  • Inbound messages from WhatsApp create or reopen conversations in the selected inbox.

  • Agent replies are sent back to WhatsApp in the same thread, preserving context.

  • You can assign automation, SLAs, and routing rules to WhatsApp conversations like any other channel.

Configure - implementation details

Connect WhatsApp

  1. Go to Dashboard → ConnectionsChannels and click Connect on WhatsApp.

  2. Review the requirements shown in OXVO (Meta Business Account access, WhatsApp Business Account, and a phone number you can verify).

  3. Sign in with Facebook when prompted and select the Meta Business Account to use.

  4. Select (or create) a WhatsApp Business Account, then add and verify the phone number.

  5. Choose the inbox in OXVO that should receive WhatsApp conversations and finish setup.

Notes: If you use multiple numbers, connect each number to a separate inbox to keep routing and SLA policies clean.
