Overview: Add the OXVO widget to your site to capture new leads and support requests in real time.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Channels → select the channel → Connect.
How it works
Visitors interact with the widget; OXVO creates a contact and conversation.
Messages are delivered to the inbox you selected during setup.
You can customize branding, office hours, and pre-chat questions per widget.
Configure - implementation details
Install the widget
Go to Dashboard → Connections → Channels and click Connect on Website.
Enter your website name and the domains where the widget will load (for example:
app.example.com).Copy the JavaScript snippet and paste it before
</head>on your site (or install via Google Tag Manager).Refresh your site and send a test message to verify a conversation is created in OXVO.
Optionally configure branding, office hours, pre-chat form, and routing rules for the inbox.
Troubleshooting: If the widget does not load, confirm the domain allowlist and that ad blockers are not blocking the script.
