Overview
Overview: Route X (Twitter) DMs into OXVO using an X developer app and credentials.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Channels → select the channel → Connect.
How it works
OXVO receives DMs and creates conversations per sender.
Agent replies are sent through the connected X account.
Optional: apply tags or assignments based on message content or follower metadata.
Configure - implementation details
Connect X (Twitter)
Go to Dashboard → Connections → Channels and click Connect on X (Twitter).
Create an X developer app (or use an existing one) and generate the required API keys/tokens.
Paste the credentials into OXVO and confirm the callback/webhook URL shown by OXVO is added in your X app settings.
Choose the inbox that should receive DMs and save.
Send a DM to the connected account to validate message delivery.
Security: Store API keys in a password manager and rotate them if you suspect exposure.
