Overview
Overview: Connect a TikTok Business account to OXVO to manage TikTok messages alongside chat, email, and other channels. New messages create conversations automatically so your team can assign, collaborate, and respond from OXVO.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Channels → select TikTok → Connect.
How it works
Incoming TikTok messages create contacts and conversations in OXVO.
Agent replies sent from OXVO are delivered back to TikTok in near real time.
Use assignments, automation rules, and OXVO AI summaries to triage and resolve requests faster.
Configure - implementation details
Connect TikTok
Go to Dashboard → Connections → Channels and click Connect on TikTok.
Sign in to the TikTok account you want to connect (Business accounts recommended) and follow the authorization steps.
Approve the requested permissions so OXVO can receive and send messages on your behalf.
Select the inbox in OXVO where TikTok messages should appear (for example: Social or Support).
Send a test message to confirm routing and reply delivery.
