Overview: Use a Telegram bot to receive customer messages in OXVO and reply from the inbox.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Channels → select the channel → Connect.
How it works
Messages sent to your bot create conversations in OXVO.
Agent replies are sent via the bot to the user or group chat.
You can restrict the bot to specific chats and configure commands for quick actions.

Connect Telegram
Create a bot in Telegram using
@BotFatherand copy the bot token.Go to Dashboard → Connections → Channels and click Connect on Telegram.
Paste the bot token, choose the inbox for routing, and save.
Start a chat with your bot (or add it to a group) and send a test message.
Notes: If your bot is added to groups, consider configuring privacy mode and allowed chats to prevent noise.
