Overview
Overview: Bring Stripe billing context into OXVO so agents can see subscriptions, invoices, and payment status while supporting customers.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Integrations → Stripe → Configure.
How it works
OXVO searches Stripe customers by email and links them to OXVO contacts.
Billing summaries (subscriptions, invoices, payment method) appear in the conversation sidebar.
Optional: create internal billing notes or trigger workflows in your billing ops stack.
Configure - implementation details
Configure Stripe
If the app is currently Disabled, click Connect first, then continue with the configuration steps.
Create a restricted Stripe API key with read access to Customers, Invoices, and Subscriptions.
In OXVO, click Configure on Stripe and paste the API key.
Choose matching rules (email first, then phone) if available.
Save and validate by opening a conversation for a known paying customer.
Security: Use restricted keys and never use your Stripe secret key with full write permissions unless absolutely required.
