Overview: Send and receive SMS in OXVO by connecting a messaging provider and a phone number.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Channels → select the channel → Connect.
How it works
Inbound SMS create conversations tied to the sender phone number.
Agent replies are sent through your SMS provider from the connected number.
Provider webhooks keep delivery status and errors visible to agents.
Configure - implementation details
Connect SMS
Go to Dashboard → Connections → Channels and click Connect on SMS.
Choose your provider (Twilio or Bandwidth) and enter the required credentials.
Purchase or select a phone number capable of SMS in your provider account.
Set the messaging webhook/callback URL (shown in OXVO) in your provider settings.
Send a test SMS to the number and reply from OXVO to validate two-way messaging.
