Send and receive SMS via Twilio or Bandwidth inside OXVO.

Overview

Overview: Send and receive SMS in OXVO by connecting a messaging provider and a phone number.

Where to set it up: Dashboard → ConnectionsChannels → select the channel → Connect.

How it works

  • Inbound SMS create conversations tied to the sender phone number.

  • Agent replies are sent through your SMS provider from the connected number.

  • Provider webhooks keep delivery status and errors visible to agents.
