Overview
Overview: Send conversation notifications to Slack and optionally enable quick actions for agents without leaving Slack.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Integrations → Slack → Configure.
How it works
OXVO posts events (new conversation, assignment, mentions) into selected Slack channels.
Agents can click deep links to open the conversation in OXVO.
Optional: interactive actions (assign, resolve) are performed via Slack app permissions.
Configure - implementation details
Configure Slack
If the app is currently Disabled, click Connect first, then continue with the configuration steps.
In Dashboard → Connections → Integrations, click Configure on Slack.
Authorize the OXVO Slack app for your workspace when redirected to Slack.
Choose default Slack channels for notifications (or map per inbox/team, if available).
Send a test notification (or trigger a test conversation) to confirm delivery.
Permissions: Ensure the Slack app is allowed to post to the channels you select.
