Overview
Overview: View Shopify customer and order data inside OXVO so agents can resolve issues without switching tools.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Integrations → Shopify → Configure.
How it works
OXVO links contacts to Shopify customers using email/phone identifiers.
Agents can view recent orders, fulfillment status, and order notes from the conversation sidebar.
Optional: create draft orders or add internal notes (depending on permissions).
Configure - implementation details
Configure Shopify
If the app is currently Disabled, click Connect first, then continue with the configuration steps.
Click Configure on Shopify in Dashboard → Connections → Integrations.
Enter your store domain (for example:
your-store.myshopify.com) and start the authorization flow if prompted.Approve access in Shopify and return to OXVO to complete setup.
Choose which data to display (orders, customers) and save.
Open a conversation from a known customer email to validate that Shopify details render correctly.
