Overview

Overview: View Shopify customer and order data inside OXVO so agents can resolve issues without switching tools.

Where to set it up: Dashboard → ConnectionsIntegrationsShopifyConfigure.

How it works

  • OXVO links contacts to Shopify customers using email/phone identifiers.

  • Agents can view recent orders, fulfillment status, and order notes from the conversation sidebar.

  • Optional: create draft orders or add internal notes (depending on permissions).

Configure - implementation details

Configure Shopify

If the app is currently Disabled, click Connect first, then continue with the configuration steps.

  1. Click Configure on Shopify in Dashboard → Connections → Integrations.

  2. Enter your store domain (for example: your-store.myshopify.com) and start the authorization flow if prompted.

  3. Approve access in Shopify and return to OXVO to complete setup.

  4. Choose which data to display (orders, customers) and save.

  5. Open a conversation from a known customer email to validate that Shopify details render correctly.
