Overview
Overview: Send selected conversation data to Notion to create pages, append transcripts, or maintain a support knowledge log.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Integrations → Notion → Configure.
How it works
Agents trigger Notion actions (create page, append to page) from the conversation sidebar.
OXVO sends structured metadata (contact, subject, labels) and optional transcript to Notion.
Links between the Notion page and the OXVO conversation are stored for quick navigation.

Configure Notion
If the app is currently Disabled, click Connect first, then continue with the configuration steps.
Click Configure for Notion and authenticate with your Notion account.
Select the workspace and the destination database/page to store support items.
Map OXVO fields (contact name/email, labels, conversation link) to Notion properties.
Save and create a test item from a conversation to confirm permissions and formatting.
Notes: Ensure the integration has access to the chosen database. If pages are not created, re-check Notion sharing permissions.
