Overview
Overview: Post real-time OXVO events—new conversations, assignments, escalations, and SLA alerts—into Microsoft Teams so your team can collaborate where they already work.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Integrations → Microsoft Teams → Connect.
How it works
OXVO delivers event notifications to a Teams channel using a Teams connector (for example: an incoming webhook).
Messages include key context (customer, inbox, priority) and direct links back to the conversation.
You can choose which events get posted and which teams/channels receive them.

Connect Microsoft Teams
Make sure you have permission to add connectors in your Teams workspace.
Create an incoming webhook (or Teams connector) for the channel where you want alerts.
Paste the webhook URL into OXVO and select the events to send.
Send a test notification to confirm delivery and formatting.
Tip: Create separate channels for urgent escalations vs. general support notifications.
