Overview: Live Co-browse lets agents and customers view the same page in real time to troubleshoot faster, reduce churn, and speed up onboarding—without switching tools.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Integrations → Live Co-browse → Configure.
How it works
An agent sends a co-browse request from an active conversation.
The customer explicitly accepts to start the session (and can end it anytime).
Agents can guide users step-by-step while respecting your masking and privacy settings.

Configure Live Co-browse
If the integration is Disabled, click Connect first, then continue.
Enable co-browse for the teams/roles that should have access.
Set optional allowlists/denylists for pages where co-browse can be used.
Test a session end-to-end to confirm the customer approval flow.
Tip: Use stricter rules for checkout, billing, or pages that display sensitive data.
