Overview: Turn customer-reported bugs into Linear issues with one click, while preserving conversation context.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Integrations → Linear → Configure.
How it works
Agents create a Linear issue from the conversation sidebar.
OXVO sends a summary, customer impact, and conversation link to Linear.
Issue status can be shown back in OXVO for support follow-up.
Configure - implementation details
Configure Linear
If the app is currently Disabled, click Connect first, then continue with the configuration steps.
Click Configure on Linear and complete the Linear authorization flow.
Select the Linear workspace and default team/project for created issues.
Optional: set default labels (for example: support, bug) and priority mapping.
Save and create a test issue from a conversation to confirm it links back to OXVO.
