Overview
Overview: Connect HubSpot so agents can view CRM context and optionally sync contacts and conversation activity.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Integrations → HubSpot → Configure.
How it works
OXVO can match contacts by email/phone and display CRM fields in the sidebar.
Optional: push conversation events (created, resolved) as notes/activities in the CRM.
Field mapping determines how OXVO attributes populate CRM properties.
Configure - implementation details
Configure HubSpot
If the app is currently Disabled, click Connect first, then continue with the configuration steps.
Click Configure on HubSpot and authenticate (OAuth) or enter an API key, depending on your CRM plan.
Choose whether to enable two-way contact sync or read-only enrichment.
Review default field mapping (email, name, phone) and map any custom fields you want to sync.
Save and test by opening a conversation with a known contact to confirm the CRM panel loads.
Recommended: Start with read-only access in production and expand permissions once the mapping is validated.
