Overview: Guides let you build in-app walkthroughs, tooltips, and checklists that help users succeed—while measuring completion and impact with OXVO analytics.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Integrations → Guides → Configure.
How it works
Create a guide (tour, checklist, tooltip sequence) and choose when it appears (on page load, button click, or event).
Target guides by segment (new users, specific plans, power users) to keep onboarding relevant.
Track completion and drop-off to continuously improve onboarding and reduce repetitive questions.

Guides require the OXVO snippet to be installed on your site/app.
Create a guide and add steps with clear, action-oriented copy.
Set targeting rules (audience, pages, triggers) and publish.
Review performance in Product Analytics and iterate based on completion rates.
Tip: Pair Guides with session replays to see exactly where users hesitate or abandon a flow.
