Google Translate

Translate customer messages automatically for multilingual support.

Overview

Overview: Translate inbound customer messages and agent replies to reduce language barriers, using Google Cloud Translation.

Where to set it up: Dashboard → ConnectionsIntegrationsGoogle TranslateConfigure.

How it works

  • OXVO detects language (or uses your selected source language) and translates messages for the agent view.

  • Agents can write in their preferred language; OXVO translates outbound messages back to the customer language.

  • Translations are stored alongside original text for auditability.
