Overview: Connect Gemini AI to generate reply drafts, summarize long threads, and rewrite messages with your team’s preferred tone—directly inside OXVO.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Integrations → Gemini AI → Configure.
How it works
OXVO uses Gemini to assist agents while they work—drafting replies, summarizing conversations, and polishing responses.
You control what AI features are enabled per workspace (for example: drafts, summarization, rewrite).
OXVO follows your privacy controls (masking/redaction) when sending context for AI processing.
Configure - implementation details
Configure Gemini AI
If the integration is Disabled, click Connect first, then continue.
Paste your Gemini API key and select the default model.
Choose which AI features to enable (reply drafts, summarization, rewrite).
Run a test prompt in the AI settings to confirm connectivity.
Tip: Keep API keys restricted to admins and rotate them regularly.
