Overview
Overview: Route Facebook Messenger conversations from your Facebook Page into OXVO.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Channels → select the channel → Connect.
How it works
New Page messages create conversations in OXVO.
Replies from OXVO are delivered back to Messenger using the connected Page.
You can apply automations and labels based on keywords or customer attributes.
Configure - implementation details
Connect Facebook Messenger
Go to Dashboard → Connections → Channels and click Connect on Facebook.
Sign in with Facebook and grant permissions requested by OXVO.
Select the Facebook Page you want to connect and confirm the inbox to route messages to.
Send a test message to the Page from a personal account to verify messages appear in OXVO.
Notes: You must be an admin/editor of the selected Page to complete the connection.
