Overview
Overview: Connect Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP/SMTP provider to manage email support from OXVO.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Channels → select the channel → Connect.
How it works
OXVO fetches and threads incoming emails into conversations.
Agent replies are sent via your provider (SMTP/OAuth) and logged in the conversation timeline.
You can set signature, from-name, and routing per inbox.
Configure - implementation details
Connect Email
Go to Dashboard → Connections → Channels and click Connect on Email.
Pick your provider type: Gmail/Google Workspace, Outlook/Microsoft 365, or Other (IMAP/SMTP).
Authenticate with OAuth (recommended) or enter IMAP/SMTP credentials and server details.
Choose the inbox to route messages to and set the default From name/address.
Send a test email to the connected address; verify it appears in OXVO and reply to confirm outbound delivery.
Deliverability: Ensure SPF/DKIM/DMARC are configured for your sending domain when using custom SMTP.
