Overview
Overview: Add internal tools (order ops, KYC, admin panels) as embedded workspace apps for agents.
Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Integrations → Workspace Apps → Configure.
How it works
Admins register an app URL and metadata (name, icon, allowed domains).
Agents access the app from the sidebar while working on conversations.
Optional: pass context (conversation/contact IDs) via query parameters to deep-link into your app.

Configure Workspace Apps
If the app is currently Disabled, click Connect first, then continue with the configuration steps.
Add a new app: name, base URL, and optional icon.
Restrict allowed domains and choose which roles/teams can access the app.
Save and confirm the embedded app loads correctly for an agent account.
