Overview: Connect Claude to help your team respond faster with high-quality drafts, concise summaries, and clearer explanations—across Messenger and tickets in OXVO.

How it works
Agents can generate reply drafts and summaries while staying in the OXVO inbox.
Claude can help with structured answers (steps, checklists, troubleshooting) when conversations get complex.
AI features respect workspace permissions and your configured privacy controls.

Configure Claude AI
If the integration is Disabled, click Connect first, then continue.
Add your Claude API key.
Select the default model and set optional usage limits for your workspace.
Enable the AI features you want available to agents (drafts, summarization, rewrite).
Tip: For sensitive workflows, limit AI features to specific teams or roles.
