Where to set it up: Dashboard → Connections → Integrations → Cal.com → Configure.
How it works
Agents insert a scheduling link into the conversation for the customer.
Optional: bookings can create internal notes or events tied to the conversation.
Team routing can be handled using scheduler event types or round-robin rules.
Configure - implementation details
Configure Cal.com
If the app is currently Disabled, click Connect first, then continue with the configuration steps.
Authenticate with your scheduling account (OAuth) or paste an API key if prompted.
Select which event types should be available to agents.
Optionally customize the default message template that includes the booking link.
Save and send a test link to verify customers can book successfully.
